E-City Transformation Law
Within the scope of Code No. 6306 Transformation of Areas Under Disaster Risk and its Implementation Regulation, the following legal and administrative processes related to designated risky areas and structures identified as risky are carried out:
- Managing legal and administrative procedures concerning urban transformation processes, including obtaining necessary resolutions under Condominium Law in properties subject to condominium ownership, and preparing and pursuing applications to the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, municipalities, licensed institutions, and other administrative authorities.
- Carrying out the legal procedures for the auction-based sale of ownership shares belonging to dissenting co-owners or titleholders by the Ministry or authorized municipalities, based on decisions taken by the Condominium Owners’ Board or Co-Owners’ Board.
- Drafting and finalizing urban transformation-related agreements—such as land share in exchange for construction, revenue-sharing construction agreements, sale agreements, and others—for notarization.
- Handling all legal notices, warnings, evidence preservation procedures, and litigation arising from disputes between landowners and contractors within the framework of urban transformation agreements.
